Recently I had the pleasure to meet Tom Edwards when I was selling my townhouse in North Delta, BC. At the point I called him I was very discouraged as two realtors had given me very low quotes well under my tax assed value, Tom took the time to explain to me why that happens and gave me a realistic quote on what he felt I could get for the size and location. I’m a busy professional. I had a tight budget and even tighter time line to purchase a home in North Delta. Buying a home at anytime is a stressful event. However, in this time when the market is red hot for sellers, I felt completely overwhelmed….how could I ever get a home when swarms of other eager buyers, who probably had deeper pockets than I?
